Kaizen Center Kazakhstan
Satbayev University cooperates with innovative companies, helping to spread 80 years of Japanese giants' practices and a rational, resource-efficient approach in Kazakhstan for the benefit of business economics. The university consistently implements a culture of continuous improvement to strengthen its competitiveness at the international level.
To this end, the university operates the Kaizen Center Kazakhstan — a center for business efficiency improvement and production system development that has been operating in Kazakhstan since 2017. The center provides training for company managers and specialists in methods of productivity enhancement, process optimization, and the development of a culture of continuous improvement.

The center's core activities are focused on the practical transformation of companies through the implementation of approaches that have been applied in leading international corporations for decades. One of the key values of Kaizen is the continuous improvement and development of its specialists and clients, as well as the principle of continuously improving business processes and achieving high results.
The Kaizen Center cooperates with companies from various industries: manufacturing, construction, and trade. Work with businesses includes employee training, the delivery of practical efficiency improvement programs, and the development of companies' internal competencies.
The Kaizen Center helps companies to:
- increase productivity without expanding staff;
- identify hidden losses in processes;
- reduce lead times;
- improve the effectiveness of management decisions;
- build a systematic approach to improvements;
- develop the competencies of managers and employees.
Training is built on a practical approach — participants work with real business situations, model company processes, and acquire tools that can be applied immediately after training.
The center actively participates in developing the professional competencies of Kazakhstan's specialists through educational initiatives, partnerships with educational institutions, and involvement in training future managers and production specialists.
The university's collaboration with the center allows future engineers and production professionals to familiarize themselves with modern approaches to business efficiency improvement from day one and to gain a practical understanding of how real companies operate.

The activities of Kaizen Center Kazakhstan contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development) as part of Satbayev University's commitment to sustainable development: SDG 4, SDG 8, SDG 9, SDG 17
