One of the key elements of this system is the Satbayev University Career Center, which helps students and graduates complete internships, participate in job fairs, and build professional contacts. The university also develops international cooperation with employers, including in the energy sector, and through the Career Hub and the Beam.kz platform, it implements digital tools for internships and recruitment of young specialists.

Research
Satbayev University combines fundamental and applied research in the country’s priority high-tech economic sectors, ensuring knowledge transfer from idea to practical result. One strong example is the development of the TECHNOPARK STROYTECH technology park, which serves as a scientific and production platform for testing and implementing developments into industrial production. The university also develops commercialization projects, launches spin-off initiatives, and strengthens industrial cooperation through the Center for Collaboration with Subsoil Users, which helps implement scientific solutions at large enterprises. An additional example is the launch of a pilot production line for next-generation solar panels, directly linking research with the creation of new industries and jobs.
